YAY Technology has been AMAZING to work with they have helped out our family business with some pretty complicated system issues and they have gone above and beyond to help us out any time we are in need! I have had two occasions to use YAY. One was a set of videos from a trip which would not play on my computer. I took the computer and hard drive containing the videos YAY. In an hour the problem was solved. They only charged me $20 so I left a large tip. This was on the Labor Day Holiday. My computer "locked up." With a couple of key strokes by YAY it was fixed. They charged me nothing. We are blessed to have this excellent service in Blackfoot not requiring a drive to Pocatello or Idaho Falls. No need to go to the "big city" to get your computer issues fixed. These guys are great!

I went in there skeptical, I thought they would do the bare minimum and charge me a lot I was completely wrong. They went the extra mile for me, repaired my computer, and they did it, all of it without cutting corners, they showed me my options and worked with me. I am satisfied and will return for any other maintenance. They were amazing.

Jonathan was extremely helpful in resetting a cable for a piece of equipment in our office. Very personable with our staff and took the time to make an extra label to clarify our port in the main system. Also very understanding during our business hours for us to step away to assist our patients.

Jonathan is very honest and reliable. I have depended on this business in past and recent times and I have never been let down. These guys are awesome we drive from Pocatello to Blackfoot because they are the best they built my Ryzen 2700 with 16 gig of Ballistic ram a Gigabyte b450 motherboard with an Intel wifi card and a 1660 TI video card they installed an M2 NVMe XPG 6000 Pro 1 TB they installed all drivers. Windows 10 Pro and cloned my drives. I practically see these guys monthly for upgrades. Since I can't afford to do it all at once. They also tolerate my cluelessness and install expediently as possible. So for software and hardware these are the guy's to sQQ

My computer speakers were making buzzing and static sound so I took them to Yay Technology today and Eric checked them out and discovered they were toast. I asked if they had some used speakers that still worked that I could purchase to get me by. Eric looked around and found some and checked to see if they might be usable then gave them to me and did not charge me anything for the services or speaker. I have been to Yay Technology for window updates, transferring data to new computers and other advice and they never disappointment! They are patient respectful, humble and kind.. We are lucking to have them provide their great services to help people with their computer and technology needs here in Blackfoot. Thank you Eric - and by the way those speakers sound great!

The guys at YAY Technology are awesome!! I took my laptop in to have them check it out when it started acting up. They were pretty sure it was the mother board but didn't want to jump to the most expensive fix. We tried the other fixes first which helped prolong my laptop's life but eventually a few months later the mother board ended up going out. They quickly got a replacement mother board in and got my laptop back up and running. The service was quick, and the prices were fair. I highly recommend YAY Technology to anyone looking for an honest, local computer repair shop. I will definitely go to these guys over a big box store next time I'm in the market for a computer or for any further repairs. Thanks again Connor, Eric and Jon!

I have taken a couple of different laptops to Yay Technology at different times for a variety of reasons (slow running, needing more memory, needed cleaned up). They are always very intuitive understanding my complaints and quick and knowledgeable in finding solutions. They never "up sell" but are great at giving tips and advice regarding products or services that might fit our needs. Our devices have always been ready withing a couple of days and they are 100% at fixing whatever we need. They are also very reasonable on their pricing. So glad they are here local!

I have built my two last computers and admit my limits at times. I am so glad to have these folks here to help the greater community. I drove two hours to get to this business because my experience with them five years ago was so amazing. I will always choose YAY Technology for all my tech related problems. great prices on labor, parts, and service fee is affordable. 10 outa 10
